Problem

The client needed a solution that dealt with inventory tracking and stock replenishment so they could see product quantities at their retail locations in real-time.

The Qixas Solution

Qixas implemented LS Retail, a customizable POS system with the essential retail functionality including promotion management, mobility options and reporting. The centralized inventory system allowed items to be ordered and dispatched with the correct inventory quantities. They gained the ability to track sales, stock and productivity in real time, throughout all of their locations from the back office.

Inventory tasks move to mobile

The team was able to complete store inventory processes on mobile devices, including goods receiving, adjustments and transfers.

Redistribution of store stock

Items were moved from stores who had lower sales to store locations with stronger demand. This balanced the stock availble in the supply chain maximizing sales and margins.

Predicted stock coverage

The company was able to find out how which items were over or understocked, and how long stock would last based on sales algorithms and data collected over a specified time period ( days, weeks or months). The system then suggests specific quantities that should be purchase.
