In the Q Spot podcast episode four, “QPM or build a house with Floyd,” Floyd Chan, the president and CEO of Qixas Group, discusses the Qixas Project Methodology (QPM) and how it is used to run Microsoft Dynamics projects with clients. Floyd explains that what they do is no different than what construction companies do in building a house. They do design and documentation, planning, and produce blueprints which are equivalent to UML models and other kinds of documentation. They then execute the plan by building it using their staff and resources. He then talks about user experience and how it is important in construction.
