Meet Floyd Chan, This year’s winner of The Microsoft Directions Excellence Award

The Microsoft Directions Excellence Award recognizes like-minded leaders and innovators in the Microsoft Dynamics industry who have shown dedication and initiative in enhancing the Dynamics SMB market. This year’s recipient for the Microsoft Directions Excellence Award is President of Qixas Group, Floyd Chan.

Floyd has been a prominent figure in the Dynamics community for over two decades and has been Master certified in Dynamics NAV since 1998.  His many achievements include being Microsoft’s Lead Dynamics NAV Trainer for North America and Vice Chair for the NAV Certification Committee for the Association of Dynamics Professionals.

Floyd has been involved in over 400 Dynamics NAV implementations and is part of the world-wide leadership group on NAV implementation best practices. He leads the technology team at Qixas Group, a top Microsoft Gold ERP partner in North America providing implementation and upgrade services, training and support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM.
