Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based platform with a range of business applications. The product line combines various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software applications. Their purpose is to keep you one step ahead of the upcoming changes in your respective business and industry and provide you with brilliant performance and consistency of SaaS technology.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 introduces biannual updates, in April and October, which tends to deliver new innovations with enhanced capabilities, supported by their regular monthly improvements. The new April ’19 update release brings a huge range of cool features and functionality that makes competitors question how they can keep up.

Transforming Customer Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The most important feature of this release is the introduction of AI-driven applications that will provide a more profound and personalized customer service experience. It will ensure more integrated collaboration for sales teams and a deeper buyer insight to enhance the relationship-focused selling approach. The following are some of the AI-driven features released in April 2019 update:

Dynamics 365 Sales Insight

Sales insight is intended to provide effective sales coaching and modified engagement with customers.

Dynamics 365 Market Insight

This feature is designed to track data from websites and social conversations, to get a better idea about what a specific audience is seeking, discussing and feeling about certain topics, products, services or brands.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insight

D365 Customer Insight merges the data resources to provide a unified view of customers to the relevant businesses and help them discover personalized practices.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights

Customer Service Insights monitor the trending support questions and critical performance metrics that help managers to train the staff regarding trending topics, make new relevant content or generate automate responses corresponding to trending topics.

Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent for Customer Service

Here you can enable customer service teams to do customized work and remain proactive, as they will only deal with complex service issues or request, while the common service issues will be handled by the virtual agent.

Microsoft Forms Pro

Microsoft Forms Pro provides you with a comprehensive survey solution that makes it very convenient to collect feedback from the customers across various touch-points. This obtained feedback is then correlated with the business transactions to attain an actionable insight.

Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection

Vital for every business as well as customers, this feature protects companies, businesses, and their customers from becoming targets of payment frauds. It obtains data from industry-leading AI, connected knowledge and operation research.

Mixed Reality Apps

The April ’19 update extends the previous set of Dynamics 365 mixed reality to HoloLens 2 and mobile devices. The new mixed reality apps come with step-by-step guidance to enhance training and on-site development of technicians, reducing the cost and time taken in training new employees, and also helps in empowering front-line workers and transfer skills.

Dynamics 365 Product Visualize

Dynamics 365 Product Visualize enables the seller to convince their customers about the true potential of the product by exhibiting it in the customer’s actual environment, where customer can interact with and understand the product more deeply.

Microsoft Power Platform

Microsoft Power Platform allows a business or a company to evaluate, act and program in ways that can have a greater influence on their business. The update of Microsoft Power Platform offers exciting updates across Power BI, Microsoft Flow and PowerApps. The April update enables easier development of high-quality PoweApps, while update of Power BI now enables organizations to develop a data culture having innovative AI algorithms that enable smooth extraction of insights from data.
