First, in case you’re not familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, here are a few statistics that will knock your socks off:
Now you can put your socks back on while we take a look at LS NAV, a complete retail management system with all the functionality retailers need to manage their entire business operation efficiently, from head office to POS terminals.
LS NAV is an integrated system that is built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, i.e. the POS, back office and head office all use the same application. This makes it possible to track individual transactions from the POS to the General Ledger, maximizing your control over the business. It also means that users have access to other parts of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application, such as Finance, Sales and Marketing, Warehousing and Service. It’s the best of both worlds.
Regardless of which retail segment you’re in, with LS NAV you can track sales, stock and productivity live from all your sales channels – physical locations, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps. You can minimize your risks and maximize your profits by reacting quickly and effectively when circumstances change.
Here are just a few ways that LS NAV helps your retail POS business run efficiently and effectively:
And the list goes on.
LS NAV offers a range of innovative mobile solutions for retail. For example, you can empower your staff and offer your customers a unique in-store experience by supplying your sales associates with mobile POS terminals. You can also enable your employees to manage inventory and access product, sales and customer information on handheld devices. Last but not least, you can add mobility and e-Commerce to traditional brick-and-mortar retailing, allowing your customers to approach you through their chosen touch-point.

In case you have questions about the future of LS NAV, Qixas has the answer.
LS NAV will continue to be developed and supported as an on-premises solution. The December 2016 release of the Dynamics 365 Business Edition included an entry-level retail POS solution called LS Express Start. In upcoming Dynamics 365 releases, a full-blown solution of LS NAV in the cloud will be offered. LS NAV customers will therefore have the choice to run their system on-premises or as Software as a Service (SaaS) in the cloud.
